This mid-18th century branch was connected to the MAIN
early 17th century Bremen area bloodline on October 8th, 2010. It
represents the earliest 'post-1970s discovered' connection to that bloodline
we have found, so far. It now replaces the prior find that is
associated with another Christopher born in 1783 - he being a nephew of this Christoffer
born in 1755. They and we Wisconsin Ciriacks all having 3rd generation Claus Hinrich
Cirjacs, born April 18th, 1703 as our common ancestor.
We have yet to determine whether this or any other form of the spelling of
the surname generated from this London Branch survives to this day.
The geometric growth of the internet should aid us in making more
discoveries as time progresses and more documents are made available to the
public.
1806 - (private source) Hinrich Ciriackes' will signed in ?December? 1806 centers around a
This barely decipherable, fancy script written will has yet to be fully translated into readable english, but it does mention almost all of the close relatives of Hinrich and Christoffer contained in our 1999 created Bremen Main Bloodline .gif image - all of that data based upon the research done in the (Bremen) area by the professional genealogist we hired back in 1971. Even Christoffer's unique double 'ff' spelling is the same - something that apparently came from his mother's ?ELMERS? side of the family - her last name was not in the official records but might be presumed from this spelling consistency.
The will even names Hinrich's oldest brother Brun Ciriacks (our Wisconsin branch ancestor) who died the very next year at age 71 on 11/16/1808 and was buried (Cyriaks spelling) back in .
This will seems to have been prepared in anticipation of Hinrich's imminent death, since it was probated the following year - even though his signature, Henrich Ciriackes, as opposed to the Hinrich Ciriackes spelling that appears throughout the rest of the will, is more legible than the rest of the will.
indicating that Hinrich's will was probated in 1807 soon after it was signed by him in ?December? of the prior year.
Another C - Sugar Refiners and Sugarbakers Database at the same home.clara.net/mawer/ web resource has:
CIRIACKES Hinrich (will) - Bread St Hill London 1807 PRO PROB 11/1454
The S - Sugar Refiners and Sugarbakers Database page lists 156 SCHRODER (or close variation thereof) individuals - something important to us, because one of Christoffer's daughters married a SCHRODER and started a matriarchal branch of our bloodline under that surname that survives to the 21st century.
Furthermore, another as yet unconnected branch of our worldwide, very extended family (there are dozens) is in [52º59'N 9º50'E] about 68 Km slightly southeast of [53º5'N 8º48'E]. Johann Diedrich CYRIACS (8/7/1763~10/3/1834 parents unknown) married his 2nd wife Christine Margarethe Elisabet SCHRODER (10/3/1776 Wense ~ unknown) on 10/7/1803. She maybe an older sister or cousin of the husband of Christoffer's daughter. [ 10/11/2010 Ben Ciriacks note: [53º22'N 9º22'E] is southwest of Harsfeld, almost due north of Rotenburg (Germany Map) far above and between Bremen and Soltau. ]

[ The f3 indicates 3 entries from years 1826 to 1850. First found back in August 2000, these 3 marriages referred to at this source have yet to be seen in any further detail. ]
This is most likely the son (and ?last? of six children) born to Christopher & Catherine Ciriackes on March 10, 1808 and baptized on August 11th at St. Nicholas - Olive - church parish per their records placed online and retrieved by us.
